I had the pleasure of working with Anusree Menon for almost 4 years during her stint as (designation) at Idea Cellular Limited. In all my professional interactions with her, I always found a sharp mind with a keen grasp of the Social Media ecosphere. Anusree as an individual represents energy & creativity. She thinks about setting benchmarks even in a campaign that’s so BAU. A quality that every Marketer should have – Anusree is a dreamer and can surely paint the town just with her imagination. She inspires people around her to dream and expand boundaries.
Anusree has been with Idea Cellular and now Vodafone Idea for around 3 years. A self starter, she has initiated several social firsts…Conducting the first Instagram Walk in the telecom category, conducting live interviews with various celebrities to her latest Tik Tok campaign as part of her profile of being the social lead at Vodafone Idea. The recent Tik Tok campaign mentioned earlier #SabkaTimeAagaya challenge was hugely successful with a record breaking 8.4Bn+ views and over 7900 videos. Her enthusiasm at work is infectious and its her curiosity to learn and do more that has made her stand out in the brand team. She has been part of several internal programs – Udaan for young women and has been recognized in the organization for her efforts with individual and team contribution awards. She goes beyond her job as a brand manager and works seamlessly with various cross functional teams. Has partnered HR teams on employee engagement activities to infuse fun at work – helped organise Zumba classes, represented Vodafone Idea Limited in a corporate football tournament.
In summary Anusree is a huge asset in the Idea Brand team and a lot can be learnt from her on living life to the fullest !!
